Walker ordered a knife online from a company and they started sending catalogs. James loves getting the catalogs and looking at all the knives. James has ordered from the company and is on their mailing list.
The other day James got a new catalog in the mail. He pours over the pages and looks at everything in the catalog. In the latest catalog there was a replica US cavalry sword. He has wanted a sword since we went to Master of Influence. Kirk Duncan said that every young man needs a sword as a symbol of his manhood.
He decided to order the sword with his birthday money. The day came for the sword to arrive via ups.
He climbed the highest thing he could to watch for ups.
He was so excited to get it.
He has ran to show it to everyone he knows.
The girls (Aubrè, Emalie, and Katheryne) went to a dance on the 15th. They love getting all dressed up. Here are some pictures of them getting ready.
We decided to bring the kids in for dinner this evening. We were running a little late so we decided to stop at Carl’s Jr instead of going across the river.
I am waiting here at the church for the girls to be done with their activity. I was playing with photo grid and I made this picture.
As we were preparing dinner I heard a funny noise. I walked up to my chair and saw this:
She is such a silly girl.
Lynn had a hard time finding a dress for Alyxibeth this morning. Then Lynn found this cute dress from Grandma Applegate.
We hiked the mesa this evening. We had a great photo op!
We still called it Lynn’s party even though it was for all the March birthdays. The party was on her birthday.
Emalie did not know what she wanted for her birthday. Except Jason’s Deli. This is her begging to play on the iPad while we wait for food.
Here is Emalie shoe shopping. She spent $80 at wal-Mart. She enjoyed shopping at Deseret Book and the Dollar Store.
Yesterday we were at Wal-Mart looking for pencil sharpeners. Of course they were out, but we found Dry-erase crayons. Look at what has happened to my house.
